From the North West of England

Take the A55 to Bangor and then the A487 to Caernarfon. Follow the A487 out of Caernarfon sign posted Porthmadog. Take 2nd exit at Bontnewydd roundabout following signs for Porthmadog/Pwllheli, shortly after at next roundabout go straight on following signs just for Pwllheli on the A499 (you will pass a signpost Nefyn 18 miles). Pass through lots of small villages. After signs for Trefor turning right at the roundabout onto the B4417 to Nefyn. Steep climb up, mountain road through more villages. In Nefyn turn right at little roundabout to Morfa Nefyn (see below)...


From the Midlands

From the M54 follow on to the A5 until you have passed through Corwen, a couple of miles after Corwen, take a left turn onto the A494 to Bala. As entering Bala turn right for Porthmadog, Trawsfynydd and Ffestiniog. Follow the signs for Porthmadog. In Porthmadog, turn left at the first roundabout, onto the A497 for Criccieth and Pwllheli. Pass Criccieth and then turn right at the next roundabout (approx. 5 miles beyond Cricceith). Head through Chwilog, stright over at the crossroads in Y Ffor and then right at the end of that road for Nefyn. At the next roundabout go straight on for Morfa Nefyn and at the next crossroads turn left towards Aberdaron...

...then through Edern, 4 miles on to Tudweiliog. Approx 2.5 miles on you will pass sign for Llangwnadl, pass Carrog farm on left then take immediate right hand turn in to the drive of Bryn Gwynhoedl.
